After studying with my Reiki Teacher for over five years, I decided it was time to share this wonderful gift that I had found with others and open my first Reiki practice, White Light Healing. I've changed the name and added more services to my current practice, Silent Wings Therapeutic REIKI and Hypnotherapy. I am a Certified Sound Healer and have studied regression techniques to help clients learn from past lives. I'm currently in training as a certified hypnotherapist with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Through Reiki and Hypnotherapy we can find the root cause of issues and alleviate the results of them. Sound healing works beautifully within a Reiki and/or Hypnotherapy session. Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression works for stubborn and sometimes unexplainable phobias, anxieties, behavior and thought patterns and unexplained physical pains. I have a natural, intuitive gift for reading, connecting with and passing along the universal energy and information available to each of us through Reiki, Sound Healing and the deep meditative state of Regressions. ​
While we are in session, I take guidance and inspiration for your healing from many sources. This creates a deep and unique healing experience.

I enjoy volunteering at Ann's Place every Wednesday in Ridgefield, CT sharing Reiki with the most wonderful clients while they go through their cancer experience.
Hiking is another passion I have and I spend as much time in nature as possible. Calm and beautiful quiet can be found in the mind by simply walking under the open sky.

I love traveling and experiencing new people and cultures.
Learning about different spiritual beliefs and healing practices is so enriching to my life, as well. I continue to take classes and participate in ceremonies to bring these ideas into my reality.
